Introduction of bolt nut (N7)
To speed up the replacement of panel, even for the panel surface with screw with threaded stud, the advantage of anti falling and fastening should be taken advantage of. The design of large knurled handle makes fastening fast and simple, and enables users to control the damping size.
Features and advantages of bolt nut (N7)
The bolt nut is pressed into the smooth round hole of the panel to permanently stop the nut. The panel is located on the exposed stud and the bolt nut and is held down tightly.
Quick fix panel and external threaded nut
Hand operated knurled handle can provide fixed spacing.
When the nut is completely separated from the threaded bolt, the hidden spring pull-out design makes the nut "pop out".
A variety of fasteners are available for easy alignment.
Bolt nut (N7) optional options:
The hole pattern can adjust the spacing to allow the threaded stud to penetrate the nut completely
The blind hole type provides more surface treatment appearance, and the bolt length is hidden in the nut body.
Nine metric / inch thread sizes are available to meet a wide range of mounting options
Both models offer a bright finish
Blind hole type only provides black powder spraying surface treatment
Standard and specification of bolt nut (N7)
Suitable for materials with hardness rb85 or less, such as semi hard or semi soft mild steel, annealed stainless steel, or aluminum.
